About Shuan Hern:
Shuan Hern, who started his musical education with his dad Yoon Sen Lee at the age of 2 and ½, is homeschooled with the Australian Christian College. Over the last few years Shuan Hern crisscrossed the globe, successfully competing in prestigious international competitions and performing with famous orchestras in Russia, USA, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Serbia.
Shuan Hern is currently enrolled at the International Piano Academy In Contri col Mastro in Italy under the tutelage of Yoon Sen Lee and Ingrid Fliter. He has also commenced his bachelor degree studies in music at the University of Western Australia in 2017. In the past few years, Shuan Hern has also attended summer festivals and performed for renowned piano pedagogues such as Boris Petrushansky, Wha Kyung Byun, Joan Havill and others.
Shuan Hern obtained the ATCL piano performance recital diploma at 9. At 10, he obtained both the DipABRSM and the L.Mus.A in piano performance of the Australian Music Examinations Board with Distinction and also the L.Mus. Prize. At 14, he obtained the F.Mus. A and is the youngest candidate ever to achieve this diploma.
